MacWorld Keynote

Date January 12, 2008

Steve Jobs’s 2008 MacWorld San Francisco Keynote address is just hour away now. It will take place at 9am Pacific on Tuesday, January 15th. I don’t know if anyone else is as excited about this keynote as I am, but Andrew just sent me a link to some pretty good predictions from Gizmodo. The thing that most excites me is the new products that we’ll be most likely seeing, and I’m especially interested in what will most likely be the replacement for 12-inch G4 PowerBooks that many people have been waiting for. I’m sure many, like myself, just gave in and went the MacBook route, and we’ll be kicking ourselves when we see the new laptop on Tuesday. For some reason, I don’t think my wife will let me buy another new computer, 6 months later. Unless…anyone want to pay retail price for my black MacBook?

At any rate, we’ll see some great things with this keynote address. To follow the keynote in real time, just sit down at your computer and stay on MacRumors Live or their MacWorld site, and check in with Engadget from time to time as well. That’s where I’ll be on January 15th at noon EST.

I personally and hoping and praying for an Apple TV that includes a Blu-Ray drive… I fear I’m going to be disappointed.
