“There’s No Place Like Home”
January 2, 2008
For a class on Forgiveness this semester, I put together a movie based on some footage and photos that I took while in Palestine and Israel during the summer of 2005 and used a song from Jonny Baker’s album “Backbone.” Jonny tells a little more about the track “Home” here on his blog. I haven’t messed with iMovie too much before (and this was iMovie 7), so it’s not the most amazing, but I had fun piecing it all together, trying to tell a story with the video/photos/music. You can check the video out on YouTube here. Leave me a comment and let me know what you think.
I also recently imported the posts from my Israel/Palestine blog into this blog. You can find the posts in the archives from June, July and August of 2005. Some of the photos are still missing, but I’ll be going through and adding those in as I keep working on getting all the photos from my Typepad blog back into this site. It’s a long process…
