Just heard that author Madeleine L’Engle died today in her home of natural causes [NY Times article here]. She wrote some of my favorite children’s books including A Wrinkle in Time, A Wind in the Door, A Swiftly Tilting Planet and An Acceptable Time. If you haven’t read any of them, you really need to - they are amazing. We lost a great author today.

I highly recommend her Two-Part Invention: The Story of a Marriage (1989) and Walking on Water: Reflections on Faith and Art (1995).
Don’t forget A Circle of Quiet! That’s my personal favorite. I keep coming back to it.
