- New Sadie Video: I put this together a few weeks ago; it’s not really amazing, but gives you a feel of what she’s like at the dog park.
- five.sentenc.es: A friend of mine is apparently adhering to this idea. Basically, it’s a group of folks who are trying to keep their email responses to less than five sentences - hoping to cut down on the amount of time it takes to respond to email. I don’t know if I could do that on every email, but maybe it’s a good idea.
- flickrSLiDR: A cool way to embed your Flickr slideshows on your blog or website.
- Apple iWork ‘08 Trial Download: You can download a full version of iWork ‘08 to tryout for 30 days. I played around a little bit with the new version of Pages and the new program, Numbers. Numbers is a lot cooler looking than Excel.
- Take This Bread, by Sara Miles: Apparently Anne Lamott recommended this book by saying, “The most amazing book.” And since I love Anne Lamott’s book, I suppose I’ll have to check this one out.
- Demockratees: Some good political clothing.

She’s awesome! Love the Springer Spaniel in the video too. We have one named Lady and will be getting another pup in about 6 weeks.

Five sentences? What a horrible idea! Anything worth saying is worth a novel, at least. Otherwise, I vote for no sentences, no reply.

Adam…what’s up with the “political clothing”?
/Then again, if that surprises me or makes me a little grossed out, why am I still reading this blog?
//I almost never agree with you, even less do I think you actually think about all sides of any given issue, but I still find you intelligent and worth reading on an *almost* daily basis.
///I love back slash!
////You are the “pomo-regressive” in the most technical sense.

“Ringo” - what do you mean, “What’s up with the ‘political clothing’?” What about that surprises you or grosses you out?

OK….some examples.
Comparing native Americans as “insurgents” to those who are commonly called “insurgents” today?
/Did native Americans kill hundreds upon hundreds of their own people in horrific civilian suicide attacks for eternal glory? Did “insurgent” native Americans rape their children and subject their women to slavery?
//”F*CK” Columbus and the ship he came in on? Really?Why blame Columbus for the faults of our society and culture?
///”Bring us your poor”…with a barbed wire around the country? How many more countries allow the amount of immigrants we allow? How many of your forefathers and mothers came from other countries? Have you ever tried to move to a country in Europe or Central America?
