Getting Situated

Moving InMore photos of the moving process here.

We arrived on Tuesday in Princeton and were able to unload our 22 ft. truck in only 3 hours, which was amazing, thanks to some great help. Since then, we’ve made a few trips to Lowe’s (scored a $23 rug) and today we found ourselves in Philadelphia going to IKEA, Linens ‘n Things and Lowe’s and then back to Princeton for Bed Bath & Beyond and Lowe’s again. Things are going well and we’re pretty much settled. We’re dealing with the culture shock to NJ fairly well, although I’m sure Sarah would tell you she is a bit taken aback by the massive amount of babies and toddlers running around CRW (married housing) at Princeton Seminary. Hopefully by next week I’ll have some better pictures of our place, but if you go to the photos above, you’ll have somewhat of an idea of our new “home” for the next year.

Good Lord! The bathrooms there STILL have the pink tile! I just did a deja vu back to 1981! (But there wasn’t a dishwasher in the kitchen then!)

Its not humanly possible - what you two have done. You look like you have lived there for years - most of us would still be stepping over boxes. Wow - I’m impressed. If only that degree of neatness could have kicked into gear while you were but a lad living at home. Nice work! Can’t wait to visit you there.
    Love, Dad
