This site’s theme, Cleaker 2.0 has been received very well. As of tonight, the theme has been downloaded 715 times, and the Photoshop file has been downloaded 137 times. It’s been mentioned on a lot of sites, and the two best reviews are here and here.
In case you wanted to use my theme Cleaker, but really like widgets, Chris Webb has “widgetized” Cleaker, and you can download it here.
UPDATE: Sorry for those of you who tried to download it – the file was up but the download link was wrong. I have corrected it and you can now download the widgetized version of Cleaker.

Congrats on the good reception your theme has received — it’s well-deserved! I like the comment about how non-Kubrick the theme is, well-put.
WordPress is about the last blogging software that one should be able to spot at a glance, but sadly it’s not hard to spot a WP-powered blog. When I do see a well-done WP blog design, I often wonder what plugins are being used on the site. Considering the number of plugins out there (of varying quality), I would be curious what WP plugins you’ve found indispensible or would consider best-of-breed.
Thanks for your thoughts – yah, I tried to stay away from a Kubrick-looking design. And I’d say that was pretty well accomplished.
For a list of the plugins I used on this site, check out this post.

Great design! I’m using it for my personal web site and I get lots of compliments. Thank you!
