Emergent Village Podcast with Doug Pagitt and pomomusings
February 27, 2007
While the Mainline Emergent/s event happened here at Columbia Seminary, Doug interviewed me for the Emergent Podcast. We talked a little about my story, my contribution to An Emergent Manifesto of Hope and Bruce Springsteen.
This is definitely my first time being interviewed…oh well. Better next time I guess. It’s not really bad, but it’s a weird thing listening to yourself being interviewed and thinking of all the things you know now you *should* have said. Anyway, if you want to check it out, you can go to the Emergent Village Podcast page or download the mp3 file here.

I haven’t been able to download the podcast just yet, but if I’d known you were a Springsteen fan, that’s what *I’m* wishing we could have talked about more this past weekend! Springsteen is a direct ideological descendant of my favorite artist, Woody Guthrie.

Actually — you’ll be sad to find out — the question caught me off guard and I actually couldn’t QUITE remember any Bruce Springsteen songs at the time.
