Abbey of the Arts Website
January 24, 2007

I’ve been working with Christine Valters Paintner on designing a new site for her, Abbey of the Arts. The site went live last night - Christine is doing some really great stuff with spirituality and the creative arts up in Seattle, WA - so be sure and check it out.
Christine came to me with an idea of what she wanted the site to look like, and this project gave me the chance to then take that and create a WordPress theme from scratch, going from a Photoshop layout, to creating it in XHTML+CSS and then “WordPress”ing it and taking it live. I was able to create the site to look almost identical in almost all browsers (including IE5.01, 5.5 and 6.0) - which was very cool. I have a few projects I’m working on with Cleave Design right now, but if you want some web and/or graphic design work, please get in touch with me.

Wonderful! I’m a personal fan of my own cleave design but this sight is gorgeous. I love it.
