So you think you can dance?

For the past few nights, Sarah and I have plopped down in front of the TV and have been mesmorized by SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE? We both have our favorites, and it was quite the few nights of watching the 116 contestants get cut down to only 20, the top 10 girls and top 10 guys. Cat is the host, Nigel is a bastard (interesting, he seems to be very similar to Simon from Idol…mean…British…hmm), these kids are drama kings and queens, and every now and then, there is some pretty amazing dancing. I have a feeling Sarah and I will be watching this show this show. Anybody else feeling strangely addicted???

i am glad to know that britt and i aren’t the only married couple sitting down…wait, MAKING ourselves sit down, ignore the world, and dance vicariously through these breakers, ballroom kids, ballerinas, and bee-otches!

I am seriously addicted to this show. The final break dancing guy that got in is unbelievable.

Absolutely addicted and I managed to get my roommate hooked on it, too. I’m in love with Musa (sp?). Nigel is more inconsistent than Simon. “I’m proud of you” one minute to “That was awful” the next. And I hate the female judge with the dark wavy hair.

Weird… I felt VERY alone in my addiction to it… and I DON’T WATCH TV. Ever.
I liked the Asian break dancer. He was my favorite.

My wife has us watching this, too. Fortunately I can keep myself from caring who does well in this show. I’ve never been so lucky with American Idol - which has now crowned someone other than the best singer for FIVE straight seasons.
