The Walker Cleaveland Wedding

Date May 31, 2006

Amess

We’re back in Atlanta just for a day before heading down to Florida and living amidst walls and walls of boxes. We’ll be down on St. George Island until Sunday, when we come back and Sarah begins her CPE and I begin my new job at the Society of Biblical Literature office here in Atlanta. Turns out Sarah’s dorm room (where we’ll be living until the 16th of June) has no wireless anymore, so we’ll be spending some time in coffee shops until we move into our apartment. It’s a bit of a surreal experience to know that I have a wife now, and that we are the Walker Cleavelands, and that we really are married.

Anyway, we’re doing well, and loving reading some people’s reflections on the wedding. If you want to read some of the posts, check out the thoughts of Karen (Sarah’s mom), Jake (one of the ministers), Mark (another minister) and Amanda (our wedding coordinator).

Congrats. I’ll be walking that aisle in a couple of months myself, and I’m looking forward to it.

And I’m confused…are you, like, Adam Walker Cleaveland now?

  3. Adam said:

Yup, we both took each other’s last names: Adam Walker Cleaveland & Sarah Walker Cleaveland.

Sorry about the wireless, I didn’t find anyone to take it over.
