okay, when was that dude wearing shorts? Because where i live, it’s been freaking cold as hell. For example, today was a mere 12 degrees in Boston. And let me tell you, there will be no wearing shorts in this weather!!

oh, well the high teens, i commpletely undersand now. there’s a huge difference between 12 of them and 19. 19 is rather warm indeed. freak!!!
