A bad habit…

So I have a bad habit, and I have a fear.

It’s a silly fear, a childish fear; but still it’s a fear.

And it has to do with a habit I have. I’ve always done it, and I just can’t seem to stop. I was once doing it pretty intensely on a drive from Chehalis, WA to Spokane to go back to Whitworth and some friends from school drove by me on I-90 and saw me. Pretty embarrassing.

But what is the fear you ask?

Well, my desk is right in front of a window, and at night, I can’t really see very well OUT of the window, and I’m always afraid when I’m doing this bad habit, someone is going to see, and well…that would just be embarrassing.

I suppose I could stop - but…there is something really satisfying about my bad habit.

Okay - your turn. What is YOUR bad habit?

I fail to see why that’s embarassing when you do it in public anyway

hi. my name is todd. i’m a nose picker-a-holic.

okay. so, ask my wife & she will confirm. not only am i nose picker, but i have to admit, shamefully so, that what i pick usually ends up on the street (if its warm outside) and on the floor of the front seat (if its cold outside or the AC is on). So, i guess that means the only good time to borrow my car is in the spring and fall months when i can drive around with my windows down…

i smell my bloody fingures. not sure why. just do. i pinch my earlob and then smell my fingures. my family constantly mimic me. isn’t that the highest form of flattery?

Joel, bloody fingures? One, what is a fingure? And two, not everyone knows that you pretend to be British and you don’t actually mean that your fingers are covered in blood. Define your terms!
My bad habit is picking apart people’s bad grammar and horrible spelling (even though I’m probably just as bad), hence making them feel like an ass.
Oh, and biting my cuticles until they are bloody. Actually bloody, as in bleeding blood.
